By purchasing or using any Axiom Agentics service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Services
Axiom Agentics provides AI-powered business readiness assessment services, including the Agent Readiness Audit platform and related consulting deliverables. Specific deliverables for each service tier are described at the time of purchase and confirmed in your service confirmation email.
We offer multiple assessment tiers ranging from focused snapshot engagements to comprehensive transformation programmes. Specific deliverables and scope for each tier are described on our pricing page and confirmed in your service confirmation email at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Reports Belong to You
Your assessment report, including all findings, recommendations, opportunity analyses, and data therein, is your property. You may use it freely for internal business purposes, share it with your stakeholders, or use it to inform procurement and strategic decisions.
Methodology Belongs to Us
The assessment methodology, AI pipeline architecture, analytical frameworks, prompt systems, voice interview design, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of Axiom Agentics. No part of our methodology may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, licensed, or used to create competing services without our prior written consent.
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price tiers are charged in full at time of purchase
- Variable-price tiers require a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due on delivery
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Pricing for assessments is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details
- Invoices are issued electronically and payable within 7 days of issue
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fixed-Price Tiers
Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before any interviews have been conducted. No refund is available once interviews have commenced, as significant resources will have been allocated to your assessment.
Variable-Price Tiers
The deposit is non-refundable once the project briefing has been completed. The balance is not charged until delivery. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services for any reason attributable to us, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns — this may include additional analysis, a revised report, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Axiom Agentics' total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our assessments are advisory in nature. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, investment choices, and implementation outcomes. Nothing in our reports constitutes legal, financial, or technical advice.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share during your assessment as confidential. We do not share your assessment findings, organisational data, or interview content with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
We may use aggregated, anonymised data derived from assessments to improve our methodology and platform. This data will not identify you or your organisation.
Variation
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
